When we have received the questionnaire, we will respond via email as soon as possible to arrange a consultation. This can be done via email, telephone or Skype. We prefer the latter methods of contact because they permit us to ask more questions and you can give better feedback.

How long does it take to make a mala or other piece of jewelry?

As our products are unique and painstakingly handmade, please allow 6-8 weeks for completion of a project.

How much do malas cost?

Cost will depend on the cost of the base materials plus design and production - on average, a custom malas cost between $150.00 and $300.00, depending on materials.

What materials do you use?

We work in semiprecious stones, silk, sterling silver and gold plated or gold-filled elements. We carefully select the elements we use to achieve your optimal self-expression expression within your budget.

What is your return policy?

We will work with you, to the fullest of our ability, until the piece meets your satisfaction. But if you are still not satisfied with your creation, you may return it. However, due to the personalized nature of the pieces, we cannot offer a full refund.

Can I design a mala for someone else?

Certainly, if you know the person well. The questions we will ask are very personal. The creation we craft together will be a reflection of your relationship.
